Provider Portal

​

Our Provider Portal is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The portal is optimized for Google Chrome and is accessible both on desktop or a mobile device. 

​

If you are a current provider and would like to get access to our Provider Portal, please contact us via e-mail or telephone to set up you access. To expedite the process, please list the names of all the ordering practitioners at your clinic. Once access is set up, we will send you via secure e-mail you user name and password with instructions on how to access the portal, view and download reports.

If you already have access to our portal, please follow the instructions below on how to view, download reports or burn a CD.

• To view and download the reports -

  • Check the box in the first column of the corresponding patient and then press Download report or the Print report button located under the Lifetrack Logo. For multiple studies for a single patient you can check multiple boxes and a multipage pdf report will be generated.

  • Reports are available only if the Status is on Final, the If the Status reads New or Submitted, then the report is not ready yet.

• To View images -

  • Check the box in the first coumn for the corresponding patient

  • Click on Clinical viewer button on located under the Lifetrack Logo to view images. Images load depending on the speed of your internet connection, from a few seconds up to 30 seconds.

• To Burn a CD

  • Check the box of the corresponding patient.

  •  Click on the Create CD File button under the Lifetrack logo and proceed to burn a CD.
